Technology Materials For Rings And Rolling Elements
2019-06-26The contact surfaces between bearing raceway and rolling elements must can remain high dimensional tolerance and rotational accuracy for long time under heavy stress, therefore the raw materials for bearing rings and rolling elements are required to have the following characteristics:

●? High wear resistance
●? High mechanical strength
●? High hardness
●? High dimensional stability
The materials we choose for our bearing products are high carbon chrome steel GCr15 and the equivalent steels such as AISI 52100,DIN 100Cr6, JIS SUJ2, also GCr15SiMn and its equivalent alternator as AISI 100CrMnSi8, DIN 100CrMn6-4, JIS SUJ3.
